Caring for your mug

Your mug is high-fired stoneware with a sealed, food-safe glaze. It's built for daily use: dishwasher safe (top rack recommended for longest glaze life) and microwave safe for reheating drinks and food. To keep it in good shape for years, avoid extreme thermal shock — don't move it straight from freezer to microwave, and don't pour boiling water into a cold mug. Hand washing is gentlest, but not required. Oven use is not recommended.

Shipping

Each mug is made to order in small batches, so please allow production time before your order ships. Once it's on its way, you'll receive tracking by email. If anything arrives damaged, contact us with a photo and we'll make it right.
